AI & business transformation advisory
Stop experimenting with AI. Start operating with it.
Helping businesses redesign products, processes and teams to realise the full potential of AI.
AI activity, no payback
New tools, same old habits
No one owns the outcome
Teams unsure how to use it
Why it stalls
The technology usually isn't what's holding you back.
In BCG's 2026 CEO survey, most companies were running AI pilots, but only about a quarter had changed the wider business around them. Buying more tools fixes none of the usual gaps.
- No link to the P&L. Use cases and local time savings haven't turned into clear decisions about revenue, cost or customers.
- The organisation hasn't moved. Products, workflows, roles and decisions still work the way they did before.
- No one owns the result. Initiatives lack the owner, the skills or the coordination to deliver something measurable.
How we work
From decision to results you can see:
The work moves from choosing where AI pays off to a team that runs the change and can show the results. Every stage produces outputs you own, and you can stop after any of them.
01
Decide
We sit down with your leadership team and pick the few AI opportunities worth funding. Each one gets a business case in numbers and the measures we'll judge it by.
02
Design
Together we rework the products, workflows, roles and decisions those opportunities touch, and agree which calls stay with people.
03
Deliver
We test the riskiest assumptions in small, time-boxed pilots first. What works, your teams and partners build and scale, with us leading alongside them.
04
Embed
Each result gets a named owner on your side. We train the people doing the new work and track it against the agreed measures until your team runs it without us.
Why Neurally
Work directly with an experienced senior operator
Stuart is the founder of Neurally, a UK based advisory that helps businesses redesign products, processes and teams to get real value from AI. Across 19+ years in product, technology and transformation, he has led product teams at Compare the Market, Fresha, ClearScore, Not On The High Street and Gumtree.
At Compare the Market he built Product Operations from scratch, creating a single view of roadmaps, commitments and dependencies for around 50 people. He then redesigned the product lifecycle around AI, halving discovery-to-development time. He also led the launch of the company's first consumer AI assistant in an FCA-regulated environment.
Stuart works with CEOs, founders and product leaders to move whole organisations toward AI-native operations and realise real business outcomes.

Common questions
Questions leaders ask first
- 01What does Neurally do? Neurally is a UK-based advisory that helps businesses redesign products, processes and teams to get real value from AI. Every engagement runs through four stages, Decide, Design, Deliver and Embed, from choosing the few opportunities worth funding to training the people who run the new work. See how we work.
- 02Who is Neurally for? CEOs, founders and product and technology leaders of scaling and established businesses, roughly 50 to 1,000 people, where AI could change costs, capacity, speed, products or customer value. Not sure where you stand? Take the two-minute AI maturity assessment.
- 03How is Neurally different from a large consultancy? You work directly with a senior operator who can move from board-level choices into product, operating-model and delivery detail. Small, accountable and practical, with specialists added only where the problem needs them.
- 04Do you build or implement the AI? Yes. We lead agreed transformation work and support implementation hands-on: specifying pilots, choosing and briefing build partners, and working alongside your teams on the first releases. Your teams and specialist partners write the software. Scope, decision rights, resources and accountability are agreed before work begins.
- 05What does it cost to get started? The first call is free. After that, the Workshop (one day, £2,500), the Diagnostic (one week, £6,000) and the Deep Dive (two weeks, £12,500) each have a fixed fee agreed before work starts. The Workshop fee is credited in full if you continue within 60 days. See the engagements.
